It’s time to meet Liz Ciocca, just once of the many faces behind the business, that is Provincial Real Estate, Perth Hills.

When Ben Ciocca was tossing up the idea of starting his own agency back in 2009, it was his wife, Liz, who encouraged him to go for it. Newly married and ready for a new chapter, she backed the dream and with her support, they have built what is now Provincial Real Estate, a family-owned agency woven into the fabric of the Perth Hills.

Liz has worn many hats in the business over the years, from curating client gift baskets and running the front office, to being Ben’s PA and now handling the accounts. When she’s in charge of organising the catering, you’ll never go hungry! But if you ask her what her title is, she’ll tell you:

💬 “I just slot in and help wherever I’m needed, which is how we all work at Provincial. We help each other out because we’re one big family.”

Originally from the Wheatbelt, Liz moved to Perth’s northern suburbs at age 5, but it was meeting Ben that eventually brought her to the Hills. It didn’t take long before the charm of the region won both their families over, her mum, brother, and Ben’s family now all call the Hills home too.

These days, Liz balances business life with being the family Uber driver for their three kids, and full-time pet wrangler. Current pet count includes 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a sheep (so far 🐾🐑). She’s also back at uni studying part-time, proving it’s never too late to follow your curiosity. Oh, and did we mention karaoke? She loves it. Singing talent optional. 🎤

Her dream home? She’s already living it! Tucked into the beautiful Bickley Valley, surrounded by nature and community.
