It’s simple to use. Just type in a suburb name, hit search, and you’ll get a snapshot of what’s going on in the area.
What You’ll Learn from the Tool
The suburb profiles offer a helpful overview, including:
– Rental growth and weekly rent
– Information about shops, transport and local government
– Performance of nearby suburbs
– Sales growth (how much prices have increased)
– Median house prices
– Local population size
For example, a quick search of Glen Forrest shows a median house price of $988,000, rental growth of 15.3%, and sales growth of 9.5%.
