A Local Connection That Runs Deep
David has been part of the Provincial Real Estate team since 2019, and brings with him a calm, steady approach that clients often say makes all the difference — especially during what can be a big and emotional time in life.
Before real estate, David owned and operated a Sea-Doo and Can-Am dealership in Ascot. After selling his business, he knew he wanted to move into a people-focused role. A chance meeting with Ben at a home open in Gooseberry Hill led to a conversation, then an appointment and the rest, as they say, is history.
A true local, David moved from Christchurch, New Zealand to Perth at the age of 10 and grew up in Gooseberry Hill, attending Gooseberry Hill Primary School and Kalamunda High School. His connection to the Hills runs deep, and it’s something clients instantly feel when they talk with him.
Outside of work, David is all about family, sport, and the outdoors. You’ll often find him cheering on his two sons at footy, heading to Optus Stadium to watch the Eagles, Dockers or the Perth Scorchers, or enjoying time away travelling together. A former motocross racer (with around 10 years of racing in the 90s under his belt), David now channels that energy into mountain biking and golf. He’s also a self-confessed movie lover.
What David enjoys most about real estate is the chance to genuinely help people. He understands that selling or buying a home isn’t always driven by happy circumstances, and he takes pride in making the process as smooth, respectful and stress-free as possible. For David, good old-fashioned customer service still matters, and he brings that mindset to every client interaction.
When asked about his dream home, David doesn’t hesitate: a Hampton-style colonial homestead with direct water frontage, tucked away in the beautiful coastal town of Russell in New Zealand’s Bay of Islands. A love of space, lifestyle, and thoughtful living. Very fitting.
